50 years ago, the World of Our Little Miss began as a dream with Mrs. Marge Hannaman.
She was a Professional Basketball player who believed in the importance of physical fitness, but also for the beauty of a woman and young lady. She was asked to judge a small local pageant and she saw the joy that each young lady had as they walked across the stage in front of their families and decided to take it to the next level. Over the years, this grew and is now 50 years strong!
In the recent years, the OLM family has grown to include children, and now her grandchildren, to become a true family event!
In honor of her life, her family has formed theMarge Hannaman Scholarship Foundation: a not-for-profit corporation to assist in the continued education to deserving recipients. The foundation will also give back to her beloved Our Little Miss participants and families who may fall on hard times through illness or natural disasters.
